Phil leads Phil Kouffman Builder, a three-generation, family-owned Hamptons building company founded in 1960, specializing in luxury custom homes, high-end spec houses, major renovations, and commercial construction across East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, and Southampton. Notable projects include prestigious custom residences on Egypt Lane and Georgica Road in East Hampton, alongside spec homes that reflect a deep understanding of buyer preferences and market-ready product development. Over the decades, Phil has built a strong reputation for repeat clients and broker endorsements across the East End, earning recognition as a go-to builder for complex, high-value projects defined by superior craftsmanship and livability.
Phil Kouffman
Nigel serves as President and CEO of Croxdale Real Estate Management and Co-Founder of Kingsdel Real Estate, where he oversees approximately $150 million in aggregate pipeline and multiple full-cycle condominium projects throughout Brooklyn, including The Calvert Collection, The Residences at Prospect Place, and The Rogers Residences. He has secured multiple eight-figure acquisition and construction loans for mid-construction projects, demonstrating a proven ability to finance, develop, and exit multifamily inventory with institutional backing across emerging housing markets. Before transitioning to real estate, he spent two decades in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, specializing in structured credit trading and commercial real estate — including CMBS and large single-asset single-borrower transactions — and building deep expertise in underwriting, capital structuring, syndication, and complex deal execution.
Nigel Boyden
A former Managing Director and Head of U.S. Futures and Options Execution at Macquarie Group, Josh led the firm's execution business and served on the Board of Directors of Macquarie Futures USA. He brings over 30 years of experience across commodity and equity markets, encompassing sales, trading, and risk management, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and a strong, collaborative culture. Complementing his finance career, he has hands-on experience completing several multi-million-dollar purchase, renovation, rental, and sale projects in East Hampton and Sag Harbor.
